The new character is called Sera, and is said to have a key role in the story of FINAL FANTASY XIII.

News report from early this morning about the FINAL FANTASY XIII Premiere Party from last night.

FINAL FANTASY XIII will be released on December 17th, and will cost 9,240 Yen. A set of Elixirs by Suntory and Play-Arts figures modeled after the five party members will go on sale this Winter as well.

I am not horrified by the English voice acting so far, but I completely dislike how they localise the script to the point of making the characters say entirely different things. The JPN trailer is proof of it.
